The NRS (New Residential Structures) four-hour CPE continuing education course meets the DPOR Title 54.1 Chapter 5 requirements for NRS home inspectors’ continuing education. Virginia licensed home inspectors who wish to continue inspecting new homes must complete a four-hour DPOR approved NRS (New Residential Structures) Course. The four-hour NRS course must be completed at each licensing renewal to stay in compliance with the Virginia Home Inspector Regulations.
