Michael “Dee”
The instructor and course developer Michael “Dee” is the owner and is a licensed home inspector. Michael has been working in the home construction and home inspection industry for over 40 years.
Mike’s experience in, site excavation, foundations, framing, truss and rafter, insulation, windows, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finish end of new construction and renovations provides the home inspector trainee with real-world experience. With well over ten thousand home inspections completed for home buyers, his past experience in home inspection will provide you the tools you need to protect your home buyers.
Mike “Dee” held an ASHI Gold Member status for 15 years, he is a full InterNACHI member, a Master Certified Home Inspector, a Virginia licensed contractor, and also held contractors licenses in West Virginia and Maryland.
